Please RSVP by October 20th. 970-310-4000 or rsvp here.

This is not a wagging finger about eating right and exercise. You will experience new ideas about your body, social roles and identity that suggest there is a lot more to you than meets the eye on a psychospiritual level. Are you ready to get bolder about who you are at a time many may treat you as if you're invisible? What is the superpower of age? Be prepared to open your mind and heart, laugh and share your experiences in a circle of empathy, acceptance and wisdom.

Rebekah Shardy is an author, speaker, and geriatric social worker. In addition to training health care staff and executives in Sensitivity to Aging and Medicare Compliance in 10 states, she provided workshops on dementia to six Skilled Nursing Facilities' CNAs, and sessions on dying, bereavement and caregiver communication best practices to families of hospice patients. This workshop is an integral part of her latest book, "Indivisible: Nature, People, Spirit."
