A FEW HIGHLIGHTS

Grassroots Engages in Pursuit of Healthy Aging

On April 18, 2024 PAFC hosted representatives from key sectors throughout the local community to share ideas that might create and model a more age-friendly culture in Larimer county.

A Google checklist of shared ideas has been posted online and will provide important background as PAFC considers future collaborative efforts to enhance the local experience of growing older.

The Partnership for Age-Friendly Communities (PAFC) is exploring the formation of support networks for individuals 50 and over who have no loved ones to depend on as they move through old age. As part of this process, PAFC is conducting a survey to better understand the needs of these individuals so we can incorporate this information into PAFC programs to help these older adults address their concerns.

If you would complete this survey we would really appreciate it!
